My wife and I have been working with our realtor to find a new home before our baby is born this year. Our realtor gave us John’s number and as soon as I called, I got a text back asking if I’d be available within a few minutes (this is Grade A communication). John called, setup the earliest and most convenient, for me, date/time to get our property inspected. When I arrived on-time, John was already hard at work. John walked me through every inch of the house explaining everything he was looking at and why in great detail. John gave us all recommendations for items to get a supplementary inspection on, items to be addressed immediately, items to be noted for future reference as we are first time homebuyers, and answered every question I had. John also gave us references for any supplemental inspection we needed/wanted, which have also been top notch references. I cannot explain or put into words the comfort and reliability of what John and his company provide. As a first time home buyer, there is a lot about the process that can be pretty daunting, and John made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would recommend John and Tru Home Inspections to anyone looking to purchase a home. John even goes above and beyond to stay in touch and make sure your entire process is moving along smoothly and is always available for any questions we have. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
John Travis performed my home inspection, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure to take a lot of pictures and make sure I completely understood everything. Highly recommended!!
